 Longtime customers will remember the limited-edition letterpress-printed books published by the Indian Hill Press. At this point in my life, however, what seems most urgent is to write my poetry and to offer handsome yet affordable volumes that will get my poems into the hands of as many readers as possible while the verse is still fresh. When poems first appear in the world, it is usually in the form of chapbooks, slim softcover volumes such as these. I still lovingly design and illustrate these newer books, but I have entrusted their production to my friends at the Tisbury Printer in Vineyard Haven. Perhaps someday, in the leisurely old age I hope to enjoy, I'll once again find time to compose, print and sew each book by hand. All books are autographed by the author.
